General Season Update So Far From HRW And Latest Offers
This year's Grouse season was somewhat disappointing due to poor breeding and chick survival issues on many moors in Scotland and Northern England. Many guns moved their shooting to Partridge. Some small walked up Grouse days still took place but most estates have decided to protect their stock for breeding next year. It’s been the philosophy of Hendry Ramsay Waters to only offer driven Grouse days alongside the Partridge season giving the client an alternative shoot when Grouse numbers are low, this has proved to be a prudent approach thus safeguarding our clients shoot days. Our new game keeping team at Cardeny Estate have worked very hard and delivered some fantastic Partridge days, enjoyed by both our local clients as well as our friends from Denmark, N etherlands , France, Russia and the USA.
