Spanish gun and hunting licences are arranged by us before you travel. - **Fly to Madrid, Seville or Palma** Non-stop flights from several US cities to Madrid. Estate transport meets you, and airport transfers both ways are included. - **What the package covers** All meals with wines and drinks, transport on the shoot, a loader for each gun, shells and licences. Flights are not included, and extra birds are charged per gun. - **Priced in euros, quoted for your party** Worked example below: two 500-bird days for eight guns from €8,000 per gun, fully inclusive. ## What driven partridge shooting in Spain costs: a worked example From our published 2026–27 offer near Madrid: **two 500-bird days for a team of eight guns, €64,000 including Spanish VAT (IVA) — €8,000 per gun** . Included: reception at Madrid-Barajas and assistance through customs with firearms, airport transfers, two nights’ full board at the lodge with all wines, spirits and soft drinks, 4x4 transfers on the shoot, the Spanish hunting licence, airport firearms taxes, all sport, meals and drinks on the shoot, and shotgun ammunition in 12, 16, 20 and 28 gauge. Not included: international flights, loader and secretario (€80 each per shooting day), house staff (€100 per person per trip), non-shooting guests (€300 per night), gun hire (€150 per pair per day) and extra birds (€53 per bird). No. Every one of our Spanish estates provides guns and shells, and the Spanish gun and hunting licences are arranged by Hendry, Ramsay & Waters before you travel as part of the package. Most of our American guests travel without firearms for this reason, which avoids airline paperwork and customs declarations on both sides of the Atlantic. If you would rather shoot your own gun, tell us at the time of booking. We will walk you through the Spanish paperwork and tell you which airlines currently carry firearms. ### Which airport do I fly into from the United States? Madrid for most of our estates, Seville for Los Melonares and Palma de Mallorca for Las Barracas. Madrid has non-stop flights from several US cities; Seville is a short connection from Madrid. Estate transport meets your flight and airport transfers both ways are included in the package, so you do not need to rent a car. Tell us which estate you are considering and we will confirm the airport before you book flights. ### What is included in a Spanish driven partridge package? Our Spanish packages include airport transfers both ways, all meals in the estate lodge or a first-class hotel with wines and drinks, transport on the shoot, a loader or secretary for each gun, shells, and the Spanish gun and hunting licences. International flights are not included. Extra birds are charged per gun (each shooter), so each gun pays only for the birds it has shot, not a share of the group’s. ### What does driven partridge shooting in Spain cost per person? A typical day is four or five drives with tapas after the second drive and lunch at the end of the day, usually in good weather and outdoors. ### Can I add a few days in Madrid or Seville to the trip? Yes, and most American parties do. Madrid and Seville are both worth a few days after the shoot, and we are happy to book the hotel nights and transfers so the whole trip is on one itinerary.
